It's a project that started in first October and for hosts Russell Adams and Christine Danroth that first podcast of forty minutes of RainbowNationhas morphed into a three month adventure that continues to travel strong and now heads towards edition eight, with the New Year ahead and more topics to be explored should the duo look to proceed with their communication sharing concept into

The hosts who have been foremost friends for thirty years took on the project in order to provide the perspectives of a Lesbian parent and a Solo Indigenous Gay male who live in Prince Rupert.

Since the debut, the podcast has featured guests for each edition that have helped to navigate some of the challenges that some in the community own been faced with, as well as to celebrate some of the successes that have been found by the LGBT community in Prince Rupert.

The first seven episodes acquire found the pair talking to a range people across the LGBT spectrum, peers and allies alike, listening to their stories and sharing a number of themes with their podcast audience.

My googling has revealed that there was once a Homosexual Youth Alliance in town that doesn’t seem to exist anymore…
